# 爱情的“绩效主义”：当亲密关系成为一项KPI

在现代社会的竞争逻辑浸染下，部分年轻人的恋爱观呈现出一种“绩效主义”倾向。他们将职场中的目标管理、效率评估和KPI（关键绩效指标）思维，不自觉地套用到了亲密关系中。

**目标的设定与达成。** “脱单”成为一个明确的季度或年度目标。为此，他们会制定策略：每月参加多少场社交活动，在交友软件上每天滑动匹配多少人。恋爱过程被量化为“见面次数”“聊天频率”，关系的推进被视为一个需要努力完成的“项目”。

**对“进步”的持续焦虑。** 他们习惯于评估关系的“健康度”和“进展性”。“我们到了哪一步？”“为什么还没有确认关系？”“在一起这么久为什么还不结婚？”这种对线性“进步”的追求，带来了持续的焦虑。一旦关系陷入停滞或平淡期，便容易产生挫败感，认为自己的“投入”没有获得相应的“产出”。

**“解决问题”的导向。** 当矛盾出现时，绩效主义者倾向于立刻寻找“解决方案”，而不是首先共情对方的情绪。他们会分析问题、罗列要点、提出修正方案，仿佛在主持一场项目复盘会。这种过于理性的方式，往往忽略了情感连接的核心，让伴侣感觉像是在与一个冷酷的经理人相处。
